Relaxation PM combines two compounds that act directly on sleep signalling with two amino acids that feed into them. GABA is the brain’s main inhibitory transmitter and melatonin is the hormone that sets the timing of sleep onset, while glutamine is the precursor the brain converts into GABA.

What is in it:
