Super Human is an amino acid blend supplied ready mixed in a 10 ml vial rather than as a freeze-dried powder. Its nine components fall into three groups: the nitric oxide pathway of arginine, citrulline and ornithine; the structural amino acids lysine, proline and glutamine that build collagen and connective tissue; and the metabolic pair of carnitine and NAC. Every component is an amino acid or amino acid derivative, so none of them is a peptide.

What is in it:

• L-arginine at 110 mg is a nitric oxide precursor, which widens blood vessels.
• L-ornithine at 110 mg clears ammonia through the urea cycle.
• L-citrulline at 120 mg converts to arginine and raises it for longer than arginine taken directly.
• L-lysine at 70 mg is an essential amino acid used to build collagen and carnitine.
• L-glutamine at 40 mg is the preferred fuel of the gut lining and immune cells.
• L-proline at 60 mg is one of the core building blocks of collagen.
• L-taurine at 60 mg regulates cell hydration and calcium handling.
• L-carnitine at 220 mg moves fatty acids into the mitochondria.
• NAC at 75 mg supplies the cysteine the body uses to make glutathione.
