Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor, the long-acting active compound in well-known prescription treatments for erectile dysfunction, enlarged prostate and pulmonary hypertension. Its effect lasts far longer than sildenafil’s, which earned it a ‘weekend’ nickname. Each tablet contains 20 mg.
